We understand the importance of receiving your order promptly. Typically, we process orders within 1 to 2 business days. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with the courier’s information and a tracking number.

 

Delivery Times

For orders with our standard free shipping option, please allow 1 to 2 business days for delivery after your order has been dispatched. 

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If you need to return or exchange an item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to do so. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return postage costs. Additionally, if an item is not returned in its original condition, we may deduct any loss in value from your refund.
